“We have an outage and IT calls back the next day.”
On Business IT 360° we respond to a serious outage within 30 minutes, on Enterprise within 15. That time is written into the contract.
We take over IT for companies that have no department of their own, or one person doing everything. Employee tickets, servers, backups and security are run by one team, for one monthly fee, with responsibility written into the contract.

Our IT support runs mostly remotely: we close most tickets the same day. When something needs a person on site, we come at an agreed time, and the scope of visits goes into the contract. The real travel time beyond the conurbation is set out under the service area on the contact page.
It rarely starts with a plan to change IT provider. It starts with one thing that stopped working. Below are the five we hear most often, and what we do about each of them.
Without an IT department of your own, the repair starts with finding someone to handle it and drags on for hours. We monitor servers and the network around the clock, so the alert reaches us before anyone reports that nothing works. See how we administer servers.
One click on an attachment is enough for the data to be encrypted, and the ransom is the smallest part of the loss. We set up mail protection, traffic filtering and off-site copies, on the hardware you already have. See what security covers.
A backup nobody has ever restored is only an assumption. During an outage it turns out half the data is missing or the restore takes three days. We test restores regularly and show the result in the report. See how we handle backup.
Dropped connections, slow network drives and a VPN that works one try in three cost every employee a quarter of an hour a day. We rebuild the network so it stops being a topic of conversation. See how we build networks.
Subscriptions renew themselves, nobody remembers who has which licence, and during an audit the paperwork is missing. We tidy up licences, watch the dates and show what you are paying for twice. See how we manage licences.
If any of these sounds familiar, start with a free preliminary review. Within one working day you get a list of risks ordered by urgency, with no NDA and no commitment.
The subscription is not a pool of hours to use up. We take responsibility for keeping the environment running and we keep track of what needs doing. Under every description there is a link to the page that goes into detail.
One place for tickets: portal, phone and email. Computers, printers, mail, Wi-Fi and access to systems. Every ticket has a number, a deadline and a named owner.
Accounts and permissions, updates, performance, order in the configuration. We manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Active Directory, depending on what you run.
Servers, network and services checked around the clock. The alert reaches us, not you, so we usually react before the first ticket from an employee.
Local and offsite copies, encrypted, with no option to overwrite. We test recovery regularly and show the result in the report.
Protection against ransomware and phishing, multi-factor authentication, security patches, permission reviews. We work with what you already have.
Selection and supply of hardware and licences at partner prices, with deadlines and compliance tracked. The environment documentation stays current and stays yours.
The retainer is not the only arrangement. If you are weighing it against hiring an admin, the comparison of both options, with the cost of the post worked out, sits on the IT support for companies page. If you are after a firm that comes to your office, we describe IT support in Poznań and around it and in Konin and eastern Wielkopolska separately, and for manufacturers in Kalisz and Ostrów. If on the other hand you are wondering whether your industry needs anything special, the page on IT whatever the industry gathers the answer.

The core offer is Business IT 360°, about PLN 2,500-3,500/month to take over responsibility for your IT, instead of a full-time hire at PLN 7,000+ and the risk of getting stuck.
Book an audit, no lock-inFrom the first conversation to full handover of the environment. You keep working normally throughout while we take over one area after another in an agreed order.
A conversation about what you have and what gets in the way, followed by a one-page list of risks. You get it regardless of any decision about working together, with no NDA and no commitment.
If you want to go deeper after the review, we run a paid audit of servers, network, backups, licences and security, quoted up front. On that basis we show what we take over, what response times we commit to and what a month of support costs.
We take over access, write up the documentation, connect monitoring and set up the ticket channel. If there is a current provider, we agree the order of handover so nothing is left unattended.
Tickets through the portal, phone and mail, monitoring of servers and the network, a monthly report of what happened. You have one account manager who knows your environment, not another consultant for every case.
Once a quarter we go through the state of the environment: what kept breaking, what is worth replacing, where costs can come down. That becomes the investment plan for the coming months, instead of decisions made during an outage.
A law firm, an accounting office and a production plant have different critical hours and different demands on their data. See what the subscription looks like in your industry.
We start by writing down what sits where: administrative accounts, domains, licences, supplier contracts. We agree the order of handover with you so no area is left unattended at any point. If the previous provider does not cooperate, we rebuild access from the account owner side, because everything is registered to your company. It usually takes two weeks.
The subscription covers day to day support: tickets, administration, monitoring, backups and security. Outside it are projects, meaning network rebuilds, cloud migrations, server replacement or rolling out a new system, plus hardware and licences. We quote every such job up front and start once you approve it, so nothing appears on the invoice that you have not agreed to.
We close most tickets remotely the same day, simply because it is faster. When something needs a person on site, we come at an agreed time, and for an outage that stops work, as fast as we can. The number of visits per month and the rules for travel outside Wielkopolska go into the contract, so there is no argument about it on the first trip.
It starts making sense at somewhere above a dozen workstations, because below that a fixed subscription rarely pays off and billing individual jobs is better. There is no upper limit, but at several hundred workstations we usually work alongside an in-house IT team rather than instead of it. If your case is not for us, we say so in the first conversation and point you to someone else.
Ordinary tickets wait until morning and get their deadline then. Critical failures, the ones that stop the company working, are handled around the clock on the Business and Enterprise plans: response within 30 minutes, or 15 on Enterprise. Monitoring alerts reach us at any hour, so more often we call you than the other way round.
The first meeting takes 30 minutes and commits you to nothing. We will tell you straight whether we can help and what we would propose.
