Requests from staff
One number and one address for the whole company instead of ringing a friend who knows computers. Every request has a number and a deadline, so you can see what is happening to it.
Our office stands on Malwowa street in Wiry, in the Komorniki district, just beyond the southern edge of Poznań. It is not a virtual address rented for search rankings but a place somebody actually drives out of when a server needs looking at or a switch needs replacing. For a company in Poznań, Luboń or Komorniki that means travel measured in minutes rather than in working days.
One honest point straight away: being nearby only matters for hardware. A mail outage, a locked account or a system running slowly are solved just as fast from Wiry as from Warsaw, because that work is done remotely. If somebody sells you locality as their main argument, they probably have no better one. Ours counts when a person is needed on site, and then it really does make a difference.
The split is simple and worth knowing before signing with anybody, because it decides what the support really costs.
Accounts and passwords, mail, file permissions, updates, installing programs, order on the server and most requests from staff. That is over eighty per cent of everything and it happens without waiting for anybody to arrive.
Replacing hardware, new desks, switches and access points, an office move, a server fault that cannot be seen from the network. Here the address starts to matter, which is why we keep to our region instead of promising the whole country with a van.
On a retainer we agree regular visits even when nothing is on fire. That is when we check what never shows up in tickets: the state of the disks, dust in the server room, the cabling, the backup power and the hardware about to cause trouble.
We do not bill travel separately within Poznań and the neighbouring districts, because charging by the kilometre on a standing contract turns a conversation about a fault into a conversation about money. Beyond that area we give the rate up front, before anybody gets in the car. Exactly where we travel and how long it takes beyond the conurbation is described under our service area.
Rather than writing that we serve the whole country, we say plainly where we are on site quickly and where a visit has to be arranged.
Poznań, Komorniki, Luboń, Plewiska, Skórzewo, Dopiewo, Przeźmierowo, Tarnowo Podgórne, Suchy Las, Czerwonak, Koziegłowy, Swarzędz, Kórnik, Gądki, Robakowo, Mosina and Puszczykowo. Here we come out as part of the retainer, with no travel added.
Stęszew, Buk, Rokietnica, Szamotuły, Kostrzyn, Kleszczewo, Pobiedziska, Murowana Goślina, Oborniki, Śrem and Środa Wielkopolska. Visits are planned ahead, and urgent requests still start remotely at the same moment as in the city.
We also look after companies outside the region, including branches of our Poznań clients, but the model is different: everything remote, with hardware by courier and a local crew. We say so at the start, so nobody counts on somebody arriving within the hour.
Companies around Poznań have one trait you do not see elsewhere on this scale: a good share of the offices sit in the districts around the city, by the ring road junctions and in the warehouse belts, rather than in the city itself. A request from a hall near Gądki looks different from one from an office in the centre, and we plan for it differently, even though both addresses are called Poznań.
Six areas that make up ongoing support. You can hand over the lot or start with the one where the ground is burning.
One number and one address for the whole company instead of ringing a friend who knows computers. Every request has a number and a deadline, so you can see what is happening to it.
Sizing, going live and care, including watching the end of support for the system, because that is what forces a replacement more often than a hardware fault.
Access points, switches and splitting the network into zones. With the halls and warehouses around Poznań this is the commonest reason for a first call.
A local copy and a second one off site, with a restore test. What we check is not whether the backup ran but how many hours until the company works again.
Protection for workstations and servers, a second sign in factor, order in the permissions and patching whatever is visible from the internet.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, migrating mailboxes with their history intact, and making sure licences stop when people leave.
What we do not do: take on companies whose only expectation is the lowest hourly rate, because such a contract rewards driving out rather than fixing things for good. Nor do we service staff home equipment. Everything else is open to discussion and usually starts with one area rather than signing for all of it at once.
We do not start with a contract but with seeing what you have. Only then is it clear what it costs and whether you need us at all.
In Poznań and around it we come out rather than send a questionnaire. We look at the server room, the switch cabinet and the desks, and ask what gets in the way most in daily work.
You get a description of the actual state: what works, what has lost the makers support, where there is no backup and what risks an outage. That document is yours whether or not we sign anything.
We list the credentials, document the configuration and step into the current requests. If you have an IT person of your own we work alongside them until everything has been handed over.
Requests, arranged visits and a monthly report: what happened, what we fixed and what is worth putting in the budget. Notice is one month, so we hold you by the quality of the work rather than by the contract.
Te same narzędzia prowadzimy u klientów w Poznań i w pozostałych miastach, w których pracujemy.

The retainer starts at 2 500 PLN a month, and the actual figure depends on the number of desks, servers and the response time you want. Hours beyond the package run from 200 to 275 PLN, the higher the package the lower the rate. The review and the quote are free, including when somebody has to drive out for them.
We answer a critical request within thirty minutes and start remotely, because that is fastest. If it turns out a person is needed at the hardware, in Poznań and the neighbouring districts we are usually there the same day. We do not promise one figure for every case, because the roads at noon and at six in the morning are not the same city.
Often yes, because one person cannot know networks, servers, security and the trade system all at once, and they also take holidays. In that arrangement we leave your IT person the daily contact with people and take the infrastructure, the cover and whatever needs narrow expertise. Sometimes the review ends with us saying your current person is enough with a few fixes.
The sensible threshold starts at roughly ten desks or one server with something important on it. Below that a standing contract usually does not pay for itself and we say so plainly, offering hourly work or a one off tidy up instead. There is no sense selling a retainer to a company that needs help once a quarter.
No. Notice is one month and we charge no penalty for leaving early. We think long contracts protect the supplier from the consequences of poor work rather than the client from risk. We also carry liability insurance of two million zloty, which when working on somebody elses infrastructure matters more than the length of the contract.
You get all of it: passwords, a description of the configuration, a network diagram and a list of licences, in a form the next firm can read. It is written into the contract, because the commonest problem when changing IT support is not the hardware but the absence of any knowledge of how it was built. We have taken over enough undocumented environments to know the price of that.
Yes, we look after companies across the region and beyond it, and among our clients are branches of Poznań firms in other cities. Outside the area the model is different, because everything is done remotely and hardware goes by courier with a local crew. We say that at the outset rather than promising to drive anywhere.
The first meeting takes 30 minutes and commits you to nothing. We will tell you straight whether we can help and what we would propose.
