Below is the full scope of infrastructure work. You can take any single item or the whole set, as a project or on a monthly plan.
We design and build a network from scratch or clean up the one you have. We split it into segments so that a failure or an attack in one place does not spread across the company. Wi-Fi, VPN and links between locations.
We deploy firewalls, clustered where needed, so that one failing device does not cut the company off from the network. We set up remote access for staff and service providers, with control over who goes where.
We select, install and configure servers on your premises, in the cloud or in both at once. Instead of several standalone machines we build a cluster where every system has its own environment.
We move existing servers to Proxmox virtualisation together with their data and configuration. Migrations are planned so that downtime falls outside working hours.
We deploy local and offsite backup with encryption and copies that cannot be overwritten. We test recovery regularly, because an untested copy is only an assumption.
We monitor servers, network and services around the clock, with a response from 15 minutes for critical failures. Usually we get the alert before the first user reports anything.
We take over day-to-day administration: updates, accounts and permissions, performance, order in the configuration. You get a report on what happened every month.
We keep systems and firmware up to date, enforce multi-factor authentication and protect workstations. We review the configuration against known vulnerabilities.
We match hardware and licences to real workload, not to a price list. You buy at partner prices while we keep track of warranty dates and licence compliance.
We start by checking what you have, not with an offer. Only the audit report says what needs doing and what it costs.
We go through the network, servers, backup, licences and security. We check what happens during a failure and whether the data can be restored. You get the report whether or not you decide to work with us.
We show what we propose to do, in what order and at what price. Risks are ranked by what ignoring them costs, so you can start with the ones that matter.
On a project we agree maintenance windows and work outside production hours. On a maintenance plan we take over access, switch on monitoring and write up the environment documentation.
Monitoring runs around the clock and we take tickets through the portal, by phone and by email. You have one account manager who knows your environment, plus a monthly report.
Once a quarter we sit down with what has changed: load, licence costs, new vulnerabilities and plans for the coming months.
We are not tied to a single vendor. We choose solutions to fit what you already have and the size of your company.
We build on Sophos, Fortinet, Palo Alto and Cisco. We also maintain the hardware already in your racks, MikroTik included.
We virtualise on Proxmox, because it gives clustering and high availability without licence costs. Servers come from Lenovo, HP Enterprise and Dell.

We run backups in Xopero and Veeam, writing to Synology arrays and offsite. We test recovery rather than assume it.
Some systems stay with you, some move to the cloud. We connect the local environment with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace so that it works as one whole.
We check whether the infrastructure survives a failure and whether the data can be restored. We go through the network and its segmentation, firewalls, servers and virtualization, backups with a test restore, monitoring and security. You get a report with risks ranked by impact and by the cost of the fix. The list price covers environments of up to 150 workstations and two locations, larger ones we quote individually. If you order a remediation project within 60 days, we deduct the price of the audit from its value.
The same terms apply to a one-off project and to a monthly plan.
Our liability for damages is insured for PLN 2 million. A policy with a stated sum insured, not a reassurance given in a sales call.
We do not tie you into an annual contract or a lock-in period. One month’s notice applies from the first day, with no exit penalties.
We document the whole environment as we go and it belongs to you. When the partnership ends, we hand it over within 5 days and brief your next provider.
Administrator accounts, domains and licences are registered to your company. Taking back control of the infrastructure needs neither our consent nor our help.
One fixed monthly rate. Work outside the subscription is quoted upfront and starts once you approve it, so nothing reaches the invoice that you have not agreed to.
You have an assigned account manager and you know them by name. Response times are written into the contract, from 15 minutes for critical incidents.
The first meeting takes 30 minutes and commits you to nothing. We will tell you straight whether we can help and what we would propose.
