We take over day-to-day administration: updates, accounts and permissions, performance, order in the configuration. You get a report on what happened every month.
We keep systems and firmware up to date, enforce multi-factor authentication and protect workstations. We review the configuration against known vulnerabilities.

No. We start with what is already in the rack and replace what genuinely limits the work or no longer receives security updates. We also maintain devices we would not have bought ourselves, as long as they work and are configured properly.
Yes, and it does not require breaking the contract overnight. The first engagement can cover one area, backup or the network for example, and we take over the rest once you have seen how we work. We begin by documenting the environment, because in practice that is what is missing most often.
We agree the recovery time before the backup is built, because it drives the architecture of the copies and their cost. Then we verify it: we restore sample data and measure how long it took. A copy nobody has restored is only an assumption.
