Standard onboarding takes 1–2 weeks: infrastructure audit (1–2 days), scope proposal (up to 5 days), contract signing and monitoring setup. In urgent cases we can start remote support within 24–48 hours of signing.

Business IT 360° and Enterprise IT Security packages include 24/7 monitoring and a response time of 15–30 minutes for critical failures. You have a direct emergency number for your account manager and can submit tickets via the client portal. Nobody waits until Monday.
