IT services for companies

We work in four areas: infrastructure, the systems people use every day, process automation and user support. We take on projects and we also run things long term, on a subscription. We serve companies across Poland.

Infrastructure and security

Networks, firewalls, servers and virtualisation. Backups with restore tests, monitoring and security audits. We build from scratch or take over the environment you already have.

Infrastructure

Systems for everyday work

Mail, files, communication and teamwork in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Atlassian. We deploy, migrate from legacy tools and run them day to day. We pick licences so that you do not pay for unused ones, and we train your team.

Systems

Automation and integrations

We connect the systems you use so that data is not retyped by hand. For example Aclovo, our portal where an employee requests access or a resource and, once the manager approves, the change is applied automatically in the target systems. We also write flows and integrations for your own processes.

Automation

Helpdesk and IT outsourcing

One place for employee tickets plus day to day administration of the environment. For companies without their own IT department we take over the whole job, and for in-house teams we help where they run short of hands.

Helpdesk

Sophos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Synology, Proxmox, Veeam, Xopero, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Podio, n8n, Zapier

What does IT look like at your company?

Two ways of working together. We back up an existing IT team or we take over the whole of your company IT. Not sure which model fits? Call us and we will work it out in 15 minutes.

You have an IT department

We step in where your team lacks hands or skills: network and firewalls, servers, the systems people use every day, automation and integrations. Your team stays and keeps running first-line helpdesk.

You do not have an IT department

We take over everything on a subscription: user tickets, servers, firewall, backup, licences and security. One fixed monthly rate and one account manager you know by name.

Selected projects

Four projects from recent years: what we found, what we built and what changed because of it. If any of these starting points sounds familiar, the problem can be closed.

Two server rooms instead of one point of failure

Industry and size:
Manufacturing, around 100 people
Starting point:
Several standalone servers on Windows 10, no virtualization: files, the database and the production system each on its own machine. A failure of any one of them stopped the company for days, with no certainty the data would come back. A flat network open to everyone and no real firewall.
What we did:
We designed and built an infrastructure that survives failure. Sophos firewalls in a cluster, one appliance in each of the two buildings, taking over traffic within a minute. Servers virtualized on Proxmox and joined into a single cluster, each system on its own virtual machine, hardware split across two server rooms. The network divided into segments with no crossing between them without permission.
Timeline:
1.5 months
Result:
A single device failing, or even a whole building burning down, no longer stops production or costs a single file. The second server room picks up the work and the team does not have to think about it.

Offboarding cut from a week and a half to a few hours

Industry and size:
Law firm, 30 people
Starting point:
Every departure meant several days of work for the back office. The industry system was the worst part: someone had to find all the leaver's recurring tasks by hand and reassign them to an active account, or they stopped being created.
What we did:
We wrote a tool that walks through the whole system on its own, finds the tasks of the person being offboarded and reassigns every recurring one to a chosen account.
Timeline:
5 working days
Result:
An offboarding that could take one person out of the back office for a week and a half now closes in 3 to 4 hours. That is how long it takes to get through the system API limits.

SharePoint split up, permissions without a queue to IT

Industry and size:
Construction, 50 people
Starting point:
The whole company worked on a single SharePoint site, long past the size Microsoft recommends. Sync stopped keeping up and files went missing. Permissions were granted by hand, folder by folder, and the permission matrix was never up to date.
What we did:
We split SharePoint into smaller, ordered areas and rolled out Aclovo, our self service portal. Granting access moved from IT to the resource owners: an employee requests a folder, the owner approves, permissions are granted automatically.
Timeline:
1 month
Result:
The back office got back the time that used to go into permissions, and the permission matrix builds itself, with no spreadsheet to keep alive.

Projects no longer wait for a full mailbox

Industry and size:
Boiler manufacturing, 140 people
Starting point:
The whole company ran projects in Excel files and over email. One person with a full mailbox or a day off was enough to stall the work until someone dug out the right message or updated the spreadsheet. Nobody could see where the project actually stood.
What we did:
We deployed the Atlassian stack: Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management. Each team got its own project with stages and tasks. The workshops showed the teams depend on each other, so we linked the projects with an integration: you delegate a task from the main project to another team, and closing it updates the parent project on its own.
Timeline:
6 months
Result:
Teams can see who is doing what and where it stands, and the work lives in one place instead of a mailbox and a spreadsheet. The board follows progress on every project without chasing status by email.

Companies we provide IT services for: infrastructure management, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Atlassian, process automation and day to day user support.

Eryk Michalczewski

W związku z przestarzałą infrastrukturą IT i brakiem spójnego podejścia do bezpieczeństwa wybraliśmy Firmę Interactive Workspace do prac modernizacyjnych infrastruktury IT.

Lidia Popiel-Wawrzyniak

Bartosz Fert

Due to the outdated IT infrastructure and the lack of a consistent approach to security, we chose the company\nInteractive Workspace for IT infrastructure modernization works.\nInteractive Workspace built and standardized a modern, redundant server environment for us\nnetwork as required by NIS2 and provided the necessary Microsoft licenses at a significant discount. From this\nmoment, we operate stably, without failures and with a complete sense of security.\nInteractive Workspace's professional approach and transparent communication method, flexible approach\nto solve our problems is the best recommendation.

Administrative Director

Profesjonalne podejście do klienta. Rzetelnie wyjaśnione kwestie współpracy. Nakreślony plan działania. Polecam.

Deadlines worth knowing about

The amended National Cybersecurity System Act, NIS2 in Poland

The amendment to the Polish National Cybersecurity System Act came into force on 3 April 2026. Key and important entities have to register in the official list by 3 October 2026, meet the full set of obligations by 3 April 2027 and pass the first audit by 3 April 2028.

The act requires an inventory of systems, access control, incident handling and ICT supply chain security. That is our daily work: Assets and CMDB, identity in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, tickets in Atlassian, infrastructure and backup.

IT audits

Before we rebuild anything, we check how it works today. Every audit ends with a report: a list of risks, recommendations and a quote for the fix. The report stays with you, even if we do not work together afterwards.

Atlassian instance audit

We go through Jira and Confluence: schemes, workflows, projects and spaces, permissions, Assets, Marketplace apps and licences. You get a report, a list of things to cut and a quote for the cleanup. If you order an optimisation project within 60 days, we deduct the price of the audit from its value.

  • Project and space structure
  • Permissions and data visibility
  • Assets
  • Marketplace apps and licences

IT infrastructure audit

We check whether the infrastructure survives a failure and whether the data can be restored. We go through the network and its segmentation, firewalls, servers and virtualization, backups with a test restore, monitoring and security. You get a report with risks ranked by impact and by the cost of the fix. The list price covers environments of up to 150 workstations and two locations, larger ones we quote individually. If you order a remediation project within 60 days, we deduct the price of the audit from its value.

  • Firewalls and external access
  • Servers and virtualization
  • Backups and test restore
  • Monitoring and security

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace audit

We check what you are paying for and who has access to what. We review licences and how much of them is actually used, accounts and permissions, the structure of SharePoint, Teams and Drive, files shared outside the company, and security settings and MFA. You get a report, a list of licences to reclaim and a quote for the cleanup. If you order a cleanup project within 60 days, we deduct the price of the audit from its value.

How working together begins

  1. A conversation, 30 minutes

We ask what you have in the company and what actually gets in the way of work. No presentation, no commitments.

  2. NDA and access to the environment, 1 working day

Signed before the first login, on your template or ours.

  3. Inventory and report, 3-5 working days

We describe what we found and show the risks sorted by urgency. The report stays with you, even if you decide not to work with us.

  4. Scope and quote, 2 working days

You decide what we do and in what order. The quote comes before the work, not after. No exclusivity agreement.

Switch IT providers without getting stuck

The hardest question when changing IT providers is what happens if you want to leave. The terms that usually surface only at signing are here from the start.

PLN 2 million liability insurance

Our liability for damages is insured for PLN 2 million. A policy with a stated sum insured, not a reassurance given in a sales call.

No minimum contract term

We do not tie you into an annual contract or a lock-in period. One month’s notice applies from the first day, with no exit penalties.

Your environment, documented

We document the whole environment as we go and it belongs to you. When the partnership ends, we hand it over within 5 days and brief your next provider.

Access always stays on your side

Administrator accounts, domains and licences are registered to your company. Taking back control of the infrastructure needs neither our consent nor our help.

Predictable subscription

One fixed monthly rate. Work outside the subscription is quoted upfront and starts once you approve it, so nothing reaches the invoice that you have not agreed to.

One account manager and an SLA in the contract

You have an assigned account manager and you know them by name. Response times are written into the contract, from 15 minutes for critical incidents.
